Las Palomas Rules and Regulations

Welcome to Las Palomas. We are pleased to have you here and are confident that you will abide by these Rules and Regulations, which are being provided to you for your convenience, and that of our other guests. Please be advised that rowdy and disruptive behavior will not be tolerated, that all Las Palomas Rules and Regulations and of Mexican Law are strictly enforced and that violators will be held accountable, including but not limited to eviction from the premises, and / or forfeiture of all monies paid.

Check-in Time 4:00 p.m. – Check-out Time 11:00 a.m.

• If there is anything wrong with the condominium, please notify the front desk within 20 minutes of your arrival (including cleaning).
• Do not move or rearrange the furnishings, and avoid removing any items from the condominium, including dishes, glasses, chairs, etc. Everything is inventoried and if anything is damaged, broken, missing, or misplaced it will be charged to you. Please report any visible damage immediately upon check-in.
• Mexican law prohibits firearms and fireworks.
• Handling or storing flammable, explosive, or dangerous materials or products within the condominium is strictly prohibited.
• Las Palomas Beach and Golf Resort and its Homeowners Association (HOA) maintain a Zero Tolerance Policy for threatening or abusive behavior. Harassment or physical abuse of one person to another is prohibited, violators of this and other rules outlined herein are subject to immediate removal from the property.
• Congregating in the parking areas to party is not allowed.
• To guarantee quiet enjoyment and relaxation of all guests, there is a curfew for parties and loud music, in general for all types of noise, from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. After 10:00 p.m., security will intervene.
• Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Any extension must be authorized by reception. Any check out from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM must be authorized in advance and will have an hourly extra charge.. In case of staying after 4:00 p.m. the total charge for the night will be made. Use of the areas after check-out is not permitted. If late check-out is made without authorization from Front Desk or Customer Service, the corresponding charges based on the above criteria will be applied automatically.
• Each condominium accepts a specific number of guests (including adults and minors). Only one extra person over the maximum occupancy per unit is allowed, only with prior authorization and with a charge of $35.00 USD per night. Children under 3 years old still count as an extra person, but there is no charge for them.
• Only condominium owners and guests will have access to services such as pool towels, gym, pools and grills.
• The bracelet provided at check-in must be always worn during your stay, this allows security personnel to easily identify you and keep out unauthorized persons. If you do not wear your bracelet you may be approached by security personnel, who will escort you off the property. (The charge for loss of the bracelet is $12.00 USD).
• Owners are required to always wear their prestige cards to be identified in the common areas.
• Security may ask you for your identification at any time.
• Barbecues are only allowed in the designated areas, balconies and patios are not designed for barbecues.
• Pets are not allowed, only service animals with registration. Only owners may bring dogs to the development, which must be on a leash. Owners are required to walk their dogs in designated areas and pick up after their dogs. Barking dogs must be controlled by their owner. If the barking has not abated and the owner is unable to control it, the owner will have to remove the dog from the development.
• Hanging clothes or any items on the balcony railings is strictly prohibited.
• Las Palomas Beach and Golf Resort and its Homeowners Association (HOA) are not responsible for any accidents inside and outside the resort, you are responsible for yourself, your family, and friends.
• Las Palomas Beach and Golf Resort and its Homeowners Association are not responsible under any circumstances for any loss of money, jewelry, or other valuables, for theft or loss of items left on the beach, pool areas, vehicles or in the condo, please be sure to lock the unit. (Deposit any valuables in the safe available in the condo).
• The hammock garden is designed for adults. Hammocks are not to be used as swings.
• Children under 14 years of age are not allowed near the pools, jacuzzis or beach without adult supervision at any time.
• Children under the age of 14 are not allowed in the jacuzzis.
• Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult. Parents are responsible for supervising their children.
• There are no lifeguards near the pools, jacuzzis and beach, children must be always under adult supervision.
• Diving and running are not allowed around the pools and jacuzzis.
• The use of bathing suits is mandatory, in the pool only synthetic t-shirts are allowed for sun protection.
• Nudism is not allowed.
• Use an inflatable float or soft material to slide down the slide to prevent skin damage.
• Deposit trash in designated areas, not in the hallways.
• Smoking is not permitted in the buildings, elevators, restaurants or in the condominium units.
• The beach is a Federal Zone, its surveillance and control is overseen by the competent authorities.
• CASH OUT. Please note that the unit must be unoccupied for the maid inspect it, the waiting time depends of the Inspection process in the room.
• IMPORTANT – Expect delays in check-in and check-out due to high occupancy.
